1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between SAVORA GmbH, Poststrasse 9, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “SAVORA” or “we”) and consumers and businesses (hereinafter referred to as “customers” or “you”) through the online shops www.savora-cafe.com and www.savora-cafe.de.2. Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order in the online shop, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated include statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly displayed during the ordering process.4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by you. Delivery time is typically 2-5 working days after the order is received. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly via email.5. Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.There is no right of withdrawal:
For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. For goods that are perishable or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded. As coffee and tea are sealed food products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and to ensure quality, your right of withdrawal expires if the seal is removed after delivery.
Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
