1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between SAVORA GmbH, Rütihofstrasse 15, 8713 Uerikon, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “SAVORA” or “we”) and consumers and businesses (hereinafter referred to as “customers” or “you”) through the online shops www.savora-cafe.com and www.savora-cafe.de.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order in the online shop, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated include statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by you. Delivery time is typically 2-5 working days after the order is received. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly via email.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made by credit card. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

There is no right of withdrawal:

For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. For goods that are perishable or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded. As coffee and tea are sealed food products that are sealed for hygiene reasons and to ensure quality, your right of withdrawal expires if the seal is removed after delivery.

Consequences of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

SAVORA is liable for damages only in cases of intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to injury to life, body, or health or to the breach of essential contractual obligations.

10. Data Protection

Your data will be used solely for processing your order and improving our services. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.

11. Applicable Law and

Jurisdiction Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the location of SAVORA GmbH, Rütihofstrasse 15, 8713 Uerikon, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
