Despite having no formal training, his background as an engineer gave him the confidence to experiment and innovate. What began as a humble experiment turned into something extraordinary when he sent his creation to the “Top Roast” competition, where it was recognized as the second-best innovative coffee in Colombia. Juan’s vision extends beyond his farm. He sees himself as part of a global company, eager to introduce his innovative coffee to new markets in Switzerland, Germany, and beyond.
